How to care

Plant in moisture-retentive but well-drained soil and mulch the root area. Keep the soil evenly moist during establishment and water again whenever the upper soil dries. Top-dress with mature compost once a year in spring, keeping it clear of the stems. Cut back last season’s flowering shoots in early spring to encourage strong fresh stems.
