If something looks wrong after delivery, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the plant and the issue.

Living plants should be unpacked, checked and watered as soon as possible.

Remove packaging as soon as possible so the plant can breathe.

Check the plant and container soil. Water if the soil feels dry.

Container plants tolerate transport well, but planting sooner is usually better.
