How to care

Plant in well-drained soil and avoid waterlogged ground. Water deeply through the first growing seasons and during prolonged dry spells later on. Apply mature compost or a slow-release evergreen fertiliser once in spring if soil is poor. Trim lightly only where shaping is needed.
